Reservation Policy

All rides with Lisa's Sedan Service are by reservation only. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee service until confirmed by Lisa's Sedan Service via phone, text, or email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full ride fare.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash (preferred), Venmo, Zelle, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Credit card payments may include a small processing fee.

Wait Time

A 15-minute grace period is provided for airport pickups. After 15 minutes, a wait time charge may apply. For non-airport pickups, please be ready at your scheduled time.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Lisa's Sedan Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior. Damage to the vehicle will result in charges to the passenger.

Liability

Lisa's Sedan Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.

Service Area

Primary service area includes Ann Arbor, Metro Detroit, and surrounding communities in Washtenaw and Wayne counties. Service to Flint, Toledo, and Windsor is available by reservation.
